Personal Info
I'm a senior living and healthcare operations executive who's passionate about building great teams and helping organizations thrive. Today I lead healthcare operations for 15 Life Plan Communities across 7 states as Regional Director of Healthcare Operations at Lifespace Communities. I'm a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Colorado, California, Texas, Iowa, and Pennsylvania, and a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
What really excites me is creating environments where collaboration flourishes, change feels like progress, and results speak for themselves. I believe a strong resident experience begins with a strong employee experience, and I build tools that make that experience better. I'm the founder of the Resi platform, software for senior living operators.
Outside of the numbers and strategies, I value connection, trust, and a good sense of humor in the workplace. My goal: lead with purpose, inspire others, and make a positive impact.
